REGISTER: EVALUATE: It is expected that all photography and graphic arts teachers will volunteer to be an Evaluator for work from other districts. SCHEDULE:

Dr. Roger Sherman, Dean of Administration, is hosting the show at
the excellent FIVE TOWNS COLLEGE facility. NO SMOKING PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON CAMPUS DIRECTIONS

VIDEO:
Students give a
brief introduction to their work and answer questions from evaluators and
audience as part of their presentation. PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIOS: Two students share a 3’ x 6’ display panel that is provided. Students discuss their work one-on-one w/ evaluators. Work must remain displayed until end of show. Bring masking or Gaffer’s tape for mounting (limit 5-8 prints). COMPUTER

CRITIQUE:
Comment on selected student photographs and computer
graphics.
COMPETITION
OR PRESENTATION:
Earning admission to the Summer School of the Media
Arts is selective. However,
the main objective for students not applying to the summer school is to
present their work to an attentive audience and get feedback from
evaluators and peers in a non-competitive environment. LUNCH:
Sandwiches/beverages
are available at reasonable cost in college cafeteria. PRE-REGISTER
